I have a PSN account but I do not have Plus no. I did get plus a few months ago though after the hackings when they where giving members plus free for a month but I wasn't too keen on it so never bothered to get it again.

that's how I got it, I used it for a week but saw nothing of interest. got one game for free but found out it wasn't free once plus ended.
